NodeBB 1.7.0 Update

The plan is to be doing this update this evening. So far after our testing, the process is really fast and easy without any hiccups. Of course, everything is slower on a site the size of MangoLassi, so unfortunately this is always where we run into the big problems. It is what it is. But hopefully it will all go smoothly and we should see just about one minute of downtime this evening when we do the update.

Hopefully the email notification issue is fixed. Still cannot do tags when posting a new topic.

Any one having issues with chat in the new Firefox browser? Doesn't seem to want to load for me.
