!! !!!! SSH key authentication with KVM lab server root account = Virt-Manager on my Fedora laptop SOO much more user-friendly. My life is forever changed!

Taking a step back, I should probably create another account on my KVM lab server and authenticate using that account instead.

About to setup a cron job to auto update my fedora laptop.

        https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/AutoUpdates

        Sweet. Thanks

Native tools are always better than scripts that are cron’d.

CentOS has yum-cron and with Fedora, you use dnf-automatic

KDE is very good. I'm really liking Cinnamon on Fedora, though.

If you have many cats, you could have CAT 5 and CAT 6, for example.

CAT 1 won't allow for CAT 5 and CAT 6 per terms of the living arrangement πŸ˜›

Maybe you need some kind of adapter then.

Someone probably needs to write up a Xen to KVM conversion guide.

That would'be been a good idea. I just blew away the Xen to make the switch in the home lab tho πŸ˜•

After removing the xstools, can’t qemu convert vhd to qcow2?

Yep, this site. I've been following the posts from today pretty close. I currently manage XenServer with XO via web. Which is great, so I can see console, etc. I assume KVM has the same functionality?
