        so they signed everyone up for a $9 CloudPro maintenance plan and then marked us not paid?

              Here is what they say I have for products. When I only ever signed up for the one time thing a couple years ago before we knew they sucked.

                As I have no CC on file with them, I don't care. They cannot take any money.

                If they actually mail a letter it will go to the owner who will ask me before he pays.

                            Just finished going through 3 months of Windstream call logs to identify what I think are fraudulent calls. Now time to cross-reference with my PBX logs to see if these calls fit the pattern discovered yesterday.
