      @MattSpeller this you?

      Nope, nice pic though.

"who's a good doggo... yes you!"

I went to a wolf pup preserve (very small amount of dog in them) and bonded with one of them. It was a really cool experience. He put all of his weight on me, literally took every ounce of my strength not to be knocked to the ground. They are huge. Easily 160 lbs.

Right on! Fun wolf facts for where I live:

Ah, much smaller. Wolves are one of my favorite animals btw. I absolutely love them.

Looking at Veeam's free backup solution. Tired of Yosemite server backup's database somehow becoming corrupt just because our web server has a problem and must be restarted.

I like it so far! Using it on Windows and Linux.

Setting up a new speaker. This is going into a super loud environment. It's capable of 120dB. Needless to say, testing the max volume in an office is not advisable.

To confirm volume quality I think you should hide the speaker under a co-workers desk and randomly spot test it.

Excellent idea. There is a built in "ringer" of dogs barking. It would scare the crap out of someone for sure.

Looking forward to this evening's maintenance (phase 2): Wiping and reconstructing our on-premises virtualization server.

Current: T620 with Server 2012 R2 installed (on the bare metal) with the Hyper-V service running with various VMs.

Result: T620 with Hyper-V 2016 installed with various VMs.

Overall starting place: "Current" + VHDs for VMs living on local RAID 5 array and storage for a file server VM presented as a pass-through disk. The pass-through disk is an iSCSI connection to Synology with a RAID 5 array.

Final result: "Result" + all VHDs for VMs living on local RAID 10 storage with Synology to be re-purposed for storing backups.

I bought some wireless doorbells and hid them in my old co-workers office inside of books, the ceiling, etc. He never found them all. I went to visit a few months back and set two of them off. lol

At 120dB, it might be the last auditory scare they ever get...

Yeah, this thing is no joke. Scared me, and I knew it was coming.

I have one of http://a.co/0DNYGPP on my motorcycle. Incredibly needed!

Those things are brutal. My friend has one on his.

Nah, brutal is what my brother had. He installed a horn on his motorcycle that mimicked the sound and volume of a train horn. Unfortunately, certain states frown on that and he had to remove it.

I'll take a $150 ticket any day over getting flattened by something that didn't see me.

I would completely agree as long as the person that caused me to use the horn in the first place also got a ticket, preferably in a larger denomination than mine.

Back in my truck driving days, on a big hill I didn't know had an S curve at the bottom, I flipped on the engine break. The choice between getting a ticket for the noise or the possibility of flipping the truck on it's side was a really, really easy choice.

If I understood the concept of this topic (just writing what are we doing, without connection with the previous posts):

I'm trying to find a good name for my IntelliJ Plugin (which appears to be my bachelor thesis as well) that does Real Time Code Quality Assessment as Compared to other OSS.
For now, the best I found are:

ACQUARTIC - Assessment of Code QUAlity Real Time Comparison
QUARTIC - QUality Assessment Real TIme Comparison
CQART (pronounced Kart) - Code Quality Assessment Real Time
CLARET - Code quaLity Assessment REal Time

                                            😂
