Job interviews always suck. They can be nerve wracking at times. Hopefully I did well in the one this morning.

They can be good for you, too. Often good learning experiences.

This is true. You try to give them some of what they want to hear without TRYING to sound like you're giving them something they want to hear LOL

Exactly, hopefully they tell you a lot about the company as well.

It's hard because you try to give them a more complete picture of who you are and what you offer. Most of their questions don't allow you to do this unfortunately.

That's true! There were things I wanted to say but never got to because of how the conversation went.

Did they not positively respond to the fact that you're Snake Plissken? I figured that would be helpful...

I think they would want someone who can see out of both eyes and be able to lift heavy things without a noticeable limp

That was actually one of the refreshing things about the interview I had with the company I work for currently. One interviewer was asking only technical questions and the other was asking only personal questions. It was an interesting way to do it.

So I did post a question about this on the Plex forums, but I figured I'd ask this here as well. I have a high amount of resources for a home lab (Dell PowerEdge R510, Intel Xeon X5660 2.8/12M/1333 (x2), 4 TB SAS Dell Enterprise HD's (x4) in a Raid 10, 64 GB Dell DDR3, etc). I noticed that when I allocate a lot of resources to it, it loads content more slowly and generally runs worse, but if I reduce the resources to 8 GB of memory and 2 vCPU's it runs very well. My question is why?
Forking...

This guy (the CEO) did both. It was refreshing to see a CEO know some technical stuff.
