          @scottalanmiller Yes. FIOS rates going up here and in some neighborhoods in Rochester area can get Greenlight fiber for 1/2 the price

            So weird to hear that said about Rochester. For a decade we've always said that Rochester had to be avoided for business because the carriers there were so bad.
