No, it's a physical router. Why would you think it's a VM? but yes, it's the main router.

It was a stand alone 1U box running VyOS from what I recall about conversations.
Yup, since quad core SuperMicro with 12GB and RAID 10.

youCoLocation America do to get it back up?Just manual power cycle from what I can tell. Looking into the box now to see what the issue was. But failure to shut down was my guess.
