I'm seeing the rate at $135 for the actual dates in september, on the hotel website. Is the $119 rate locked in?

Seriously? We are looking at summering in Quebec and would be getting there on Via. But was not thinking that it could be fast.
How is it so bad getting to Rochester from there? How bad is it for you to fly to Toronto?

@scottalanmiller Only checked westjet for flights but it was 3 stops, 12 hour bloody milk run. In a few months better flights will post I'm sure.
