BlackBerry Messenger stucks at setting up.

 Apparently this is a very common problem with BlackBerry devices. A google search shows alot of people having the same issue. It's no wonder that hardly anybody uses BB devices anymore.

 I'm trying to activate the account in Enterprise Activation but it says my network connection is not available

 Also is the device software up to date? When I googled the issues, most of the dates were 2013 and early 2014. Maybe a software update has fixed the issue.

 mm.... happened to me too .. 
 its because blackberry messenger will reload any activity on ur account. specially on ur group chat . depend on internet connectivity too . it will redownload any image or video which ever sent to ur account or group .me wait so long too ... after done, i deleted image and video on group. i dun like to keep it . hope this help
